EthCC organizes its 3rd conference on Ethereum in Paris

EthCC (Ethereum Community Conference), the largest annual gathering Ethereum in Europe is organizing its third edition from March 3 to 5, 2020 in Paris. The organizer, the association Ethereum France, inaugurates its new program: EthVC, reserved for selected investors and startups.

For the first time at EthCC, the team launches EthVC : new program whose objective is to accelerate constructive and lasting relationships between the best companies and strategic investors.

Within the program, workshops dedicated to investors will be organized in order to update them and give them access to this constantly evolving technology, pitch sessions with selected startups and access to information relating to each startup.

As we enter this new decade of blockchain, we remain committed to creating a strong bonded community whose goal is to allow the industry to thrive. Planning EthCC in Paris we emphasize our desire to include the French-speaking community in the ecosystem Ethereum, "Said Jérôme de Tychey, founder and president of Ethereum France.

The subjects covered will deal in particular with developments in Decentralized Finance (DeFi), the blockchain for businesses, the functioning of DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations). More than 250 international speakers will gather in Paris, addressing different levels of understanding of the technology.

Fabian Vogelsteller, Creator of the standard of token ERC-20 and founder of Lukso, an Ethereum sister network dedicated to application adoption. LUKSO creates an ecosystem for applications that appeal to the 1 billion people on social media, the fashion industry and the creative industries.

Ashleigh Schap, Advisor at uniswap, a protocol for automated token exchanges on Ethereum. Ashleigh will present a workshop for crypto projects seeking to improve their communication around their products, and curious about development strategies to accelerate their growth.

Eli Ben Sasson, Co-founder and scientific director of StarkWare, a project bringing scalability and security to blockchains through the use of STARK technology, will explain the role of privacy and its importance in the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) community.

Christiane Ernst, Product manager at Gnosis, a company that builds new market mechanisms via decentralized blockchain platforms allowing a new redistribution of resources. Christiane will discuss the auction mechanisms for DEXs (digital asset trading platforms) as well as the new Gnosis protocol, for efficient and multidimensional order books, which is coming out of its research phase for launch in 2020 .

Ryan Gittelson, Co-founder of Virtue Poker, a pair-to-pair poker platform using Ethereum will be present at EthCC for an exclusive announcement.

EthCC Being an international event, conferences are held in English. However, this year has been added full day in FrenchIn order to allow French speakers a total immersion with a series of conferences addressing the major development sectors, such as decentralized finance, protection of personal data, interoperability and new unique digital assets.

Simon Polrot, President of ADAN (Association for the Development of Digital Assets) will animate the day with fifteen speakers.

EthCC has gathered more than 1,100 participants in previous years and is known for bringing together the brightest minds in this burgeoning industry.
