The eToro trading platform has opened access to CopyTrader function, which allows copying transactions of the best cryptocurrency traders for American users.
At the moment, eToro has 11 million users who make transactions worth more than $ 1 trillion per year. Guy Hirsch, managing director of the eToro US division, said:
“The CopyTrader function allows anyone to increase their wealth simply and transparently. Users who want to enter the cryptocurrency space can now find a trader who trades in cryptocurrencies in high quality, and simply click the “copy” button. All trades of this trader will be copied and executed automatically. ”
Interestingly, to promote CopyTrader, eToro has signed an agreement with Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin. As part of a deal that cost a considerable amount, the actor will advertise CopyTrader.
Hirsch noted that the platform does not charge additional fees for using the function, and receives profit from spreads. In addition, popular traders that users will copy will receive a reward.
Recall that recently eToro launched a new strategy for cryptocurrency traders, which predicts the movement of assets based on the statements of users on the social network Twitter.
