Gazprom has reduced deliveries to non-CIS countries by almost 40% since the beginning of the year
MOSCOW, 15 Sep — PRIME. Gazprom’s exports to non-CIS countries for 8.5 months of this year decreased by 38.8% compared to the same period last year – to 84.8 billion cubic meters of gas, the company said.
“Exports to non-CIS countries amounted to 84.8 billion cubic meters – 38.8% (by 53.7 billion cubic meters) less than in the same period in 2021. Gazprom supplies gas according to confirmed applications,” the report says. companies in the Telegram messenger about the results of work since the beginning of the year.
Demand for the company’s gas from the gas transmission system in the domestic market over this period decreased by 3.3%, or by 5.4 billion cubic meters.
Last year, the company increased gas exports to non-CIS countries by 5.8 billion cubic meters to 185.1 billion. This was the fourth result in history.
