Enthusiasts want more memory, at least if you can believe Nvidia, which opened up the Geforce GTX 780 6 GB and also presented the Titan Z with a total of 12 GB of memory (6 GB per graphics processor). Now it looks like another performance model is being upgraded with doubled memory.

* Geforce GTX Titan Black and GTX Titan decrease in clock frequency to 677 MHz and 725 MHz respectively when 64-bit double precision operations are activated in the control panel.
To SweClockers, Taiwanese partner manufacturers announce that Geforce GTX 780 You with 6 GB of GDDR5 memory is on input. It’s double up from today’s model and something that would make the graphics card confusingly similar to its big sibling Titan Black, which is also based on the GK110 graphics processor with 2,880 CUDA cores and a 384-bit memory bus.
However, Nvidia does not consider the Titan graphics cards to be pure gaming models, but rather considers the family as a kind of “Tesla-light” for CUDA developers. This is because the performance in double precision is higher than for other models in the Geforce series, including the GTX 780 Ti.
According to the same sources, the Geforce GTX 780 Ti with 6 GB of GDDR5 memory will be on the market in May or June. However, some price information is not yet known.
