Gigabyte further stated that changing the BIOS settings from PCIe Gen4 to Gen3 would resolve the issues. But for those who prefer it, exchange or return options are also available.

“For Z690I AORUS ULTRA motherboard users who are experiencing instability issues, GIGABYTE offers special program to upgrade motherboard to Z690I AORUS ULTRA PLUS or equivalent models, or users can also request a refund, ”clarifies the statement.
