With a little bit of trial and error I was able to discover 10 different voices that cover most tastes. You can even use celebrity voices. The easiest way to change your Google Assistant voice is to ask for it.

By tapping this button you will be directed to “Assistant voice output“. Then you can scroll through the presets of the language available.
