How do I log out of AliExpress?

Now that you know why it is so important to log out of AliExpress, you have to explain how you should do it, first you have to take into account where is it that you left your session open and verify it.

It may be that you have logged into your computer and you don’t even remember it, after all if it comes to looking for the cheapest prices it is more convenient to do it from a PC, but you may also have logged in from a mobile phone, don’t worry we will show you how to log out from both devices.

From the mobile app

The two ways are very simple to do, the important thing is that you have to have the application downloaded and updated. Leaving that aside, you just have to follow the following steps.

First you enter the AliExpress application, which, after downloaded, will appear on our screen along with the other applications. Once inside, you will go to the option that says ‘My account’, located in the lower right part of your screen, after that you will enter where it says ‘settings’ you can identify it by its gear-shaped icon.

Already within ‘Settings’ a menu of options will be displayed, you have to look for the option that says close session which you will find easily since it is highlighted in red and you will simply select it, once this is done a small tab asking you if you are sure, select Accept and voila, you will have successfully logged out from the App.

In the web browser from your PC

Now, what happens if we want to do it from our computer? Is the process very different? Well, the truth is not so much, only here you have to open your browser, no matter which one you are using. However, it is recommended that you use Google Chrome, you can set it as the default browser and go directly to the official AliExpress page.

Once inside the website and with your session started we click where it says ‘Hello’ next to where your name is, after that an options menu will be displayed and again you have to look closely at where it says logout so that you can click there and thus be able to log out correctly. In this way, you will have managed to close your session and make sure that your data is well safe and secure.

If this does not allow you to log out, it is recommended that you contact AliExpress technical service, they will surely know what to do if your problem persists.
