MOSCOW, 19 Sep — PRIME. UGS facilities in Germany were occupied at 89.67%, filling continues, the country’s Federal Grid Agency reported.
The rate of gas injection into European UGS facilities increased against the backdrop of lower resource prices
Germany has previously adopted legislative amendments that oblige gas storage operators to fill them by 95% by November.
“The overall storage rate in Germany is 89.67%,” the regulator said in a report.
It is emphasized that the occupancy of the storage facility in Reden remains at 74.63%. The indicator has not changed due to scheduled maintenance from 12 to 24 September. During this period, neither injection nor withdrawal of gas is planned.
