Intel expands its offer of NUC mini-PCs, "Bean Canyon Lite" arrives

Intel expands its offer of mini-PC NUC and adds the models to the catalog NUC8i3BEHS and NUC8i5BEHS code name "Bean Canyon Lite", both based on the Intel Core 8th gen platform and included in the line NUC Bean Canyon announced in August 2018. Intel, which has not made any particular announcements about it, uses on the new NUC two unpublished processors: the dual-core Core i3-8140U (NUC8i3BEHS) and the quad-core Core i5-8260U (NUC8i5BEHS), chips characterized by a TDP of 15W and most likely belonging to the Kaby Lake-Refresh family (Core 8th Gen).

Comparing the specifications with those of the NUC Bean Canyon 2018, it is clear that Bean Canyon Lite is a cheaper solution that tries to maintain a good performance / price ratio; but that's not all, according to reports Fanlesstech, this new Intel option also comes to fill the low availability of economic NUC solutions based on the Gemini Lake platform.
