Intel made a slew of announcements at its latest investor event, and one of the most surprising was its Falcon Shores XPU, a chip that combines a next-generation x86 CPU alongside an Xe-HPC GPU and HBM memory, all in one package. packaged for a server socket for Xeon processors.
