The CEO ofIntermex said his company would not use blockchain solutions from Ripple in its main markets but rather in new regions.
During the last call to the results ofIntermex, the president and general manager of the company, Robert Lisy, returned to the partnership knotted with Ripple in February.
While the California blockchain firm announced thatIntermex would use its solution exploiting XRP, ODL, to open new corridors between the USA and the Mexico, Lisy said Ripple would rather be tested in regions where his business is not yet established.
Ripple won't be answered for places like the Mexico. We are very proud of the relationships we have there. I think it will bring us more growth in new markets, "he said, adding that he was already working with Bancoppel and Electra in Mexico.
US money transfer company plans to start testing solutions Ripple by the end of this year.
