MINSK, 29 Sep — PRIME. Russia and Belarus have signed an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of microelectronics, reports on Thursday the publication “SB. Belarus Today”.
“Deputy Minister of Industry of Belarus Dmitry Kharitonchik said that yesterday intergovernmental agreements were signed between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, affecting the interests of the relevant ministries for cooperation in two areas. The first agreement is in the field of microelectronics,” the report says.
The second intergovernmental agreement concerns the mutual recognition of technological operations. “This intergovernmental agreement was planned to be signed as part of the implementation of the action plan and roadmap for the formation of a unified industrial policy between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. This is in the development of one of the 28 union programs for the formation of a common economic space of the Union State,” the publication quotes the words of the Deputy Minister of Industry of Belarus Kharitonchik.
