He added that the Russians should not be afraid of restrictions on the consumption of electricity, which are introduced by European countries for their citizens. “We are guaranteed to be provided with heat and light,” he said.

Novak also added that domestic gas consumption is one of the promising areas for using the resource, which is being freed up due to reduced consumption in the West, which calls Russian fuel dirty and dangerous. Thus, the completion of gasification of the Russian Federation will give an increase in consumption within the country by 50 billion cubic meters “in a situation where the West allegedly does not need Russian gas.”
