Nvidia gives the first official track of Ampere in advance of their event on May 14

Nvidia announced a new event for the may 14 as a replacement for GTC 2020, and alongside the announcement gave the first advance of Ampere, practically confirming the rumors that its new architecture will be called like that.

Unfortunately the advance loses grace if we translate it so we leave it in English: "Get amped for latest platform breakthroughs in AI, deep learning, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and professional graphics ” makes clear reference to Ampere with the word "amped", so we could count it as the first official advance.

According to this announcement, the event will focus on Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, and Professional Graphics, so we should see a fair amount of announcements from Nvidia. Obviously the center will be Ampere, with the possible announcement of new Tesla graphics, and perhaps new Quadro graphics.

Unfortunately there are no specific leaks about the announcements that Nvidia will make in said event, although we already saw in Geekbench prototypes of Tesla graphics with up to 8192 Cuda Cores, so it is possibly one of the many announcements that we see.
