Oil prices accelerated growth to five percent
MOSCOW, 3 Oct — PRIME. Oil on Monday accelerates growth in the world market and adds more than 5%, according to trading data.
Urals oil price fell to $68.25 per barrel in September
As of 16.30 Moscow time, the price of December futures for Brent crude oil is growing by 5.13%, to $89.51 per barrel, November futures for WTI – by 5.9%, to $84.14.
On Wednesday, October 5, the OPEC+ meeting will take place in Vienna. The meeting will be held face-to-face for the first time since March 2020, when ministers began meeting via videoconference due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Sunday, Bloomberg reported that OPEC + at a meeting will consider cutting oil production by more than one million barrels per day. Expectations that the alliance may go for such a decline, supports quotes.
