Peskov called the situation with Russian gas supplies unpredictable

MOSCOW, 12 Sep — PRIME. The Kremlin is not ready to make predictions about how the actions of Western countries and representatives of the Ukrainian gas industry will affect the supply of Russian fuel, said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov spoke about the contacts between Gazprom and Siemens on a gas turbine
“There are a lot of unpredictable things. And here we just don’t undertake to guess how this may affect the overall supply,” he said.
The Kremlin representative recalled that Kyiv had long ago blocked the pumping of one of the lines, although there were no grounds for this.
“Therefore, it is even scary to imagine what decisions will be made in this area in Kyiv in the future,” Peskov concluded.
Naftogaz has previously filed a lawsuit against Gazprom with the International Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris due to incomplete payment for fuel transit through Ukraine.
