MOSCOW, 7 Oct — PRIME. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law establishing amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the form of a new procedure for invalidating an additional patent for an invention. The document is published on the official portal of legal information.
Putin tightened control over foreign investment in fisheries
These are patents relating to medicines, pesticides or agrochemicals.
Now the additional patent will be invalidated if the procedure for extending the term of legal protection of these products is violated.
