The provider of wallets for cryptocurrencies BRD announced the launch of Blockset, his news blockchain offer dedicated to business.
In a press release, BRD, a Swiss startup that has raised funds from the Japanese giant SBI and American business Ripple – via the Xpring initiative – unveiled its new service Blockset.
Blockset offers a platform offering a suite of tools for developing blockchain applications for the world ofbusiness.
BRD's consumer businesses support and protect more than 3 million customers.[With[AvecBlockset], banks, financial services and large cryptocurrency firms will now be able to offer large-scale scalable business solutions for a fraction of the development cost, "said Adam Traidman, CEO and co-founder of BRD.
Blockset also provides the ability to easily extract on-chain data via an API and perform transactions on multiple blockchains. Currently, the platform supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, and Hedera.
In recent weeks, more than 20 major financial companies, including PayPal, KPMG, and of course SBI and Ripple, have tested the solution through a private beta.
Now available to everyone, Blockset hopes to appeal to the existing financial and banking ecosystem, accounting firms, crypto exchanges and digital asset preservation services.
