MOSCOW, Sep 23 — PRIME. Rosneft changed the composition of the board, but excluded information about it from public access, the company said.

“By a decision of the board of directors held on September 23, 2022, the composition of the board of the company was changed, while information about the persons who were members of the board earlier has lost its relevance,” Rosneft reports.
“In order to minimize the risk of introducing (expanding existing) restrictive measures, PJSC NK Rosneft … decided to exclude information about the composition of the company’s board from public access,” the message also says.
The company also noted that third-party resources may contain outdated information about the composition of the board, including persons whose powers have been terminated.
