“Already next week we will start negotiations,” said the agency’s interlocutor from Ankara’s diplomatic circles.

The meeting place of the parties has yet to be determined.

The results of the negotiations will be presented in the form of a report to the leaders of Russia and Turkey, who personally control the process, the report adds.
