Russia will launch a register of reproductive health

MOSCOW, September 5 – PRIME. The implementation of the reproductive health register is planned as early as 2023, which will make it possible to create a three-level system for assessing the patient’s health, said Natalia Dolgushina, chief freelance specialist in women’s reproductive health of the Russian Ministry of Health.

“The creation of a reproductive health register, which is now being implemented by the Ministry of Health, the National Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Kulakov, based on a vertically integrated medical system for obstetrics and neonatology, will allow us to absolutely clearly, online, transparently evaluate patient data,” Dolgushina said during the session at the Eastern Economic Forum.

According to her, it is the creation of such a register that will make it possible to create a three-level system for assessing a patient’s health.

“This register is planned for implementation as early as 2023,” she concluded.

Earlier, it was proposed to dismantle in Russia a project to create a preventive system for maintaining reproductive health, which is designed for the period from 2022 to 2025.
