Same Cuda Cores as the Super version but with lower bandwidth

After confirming its GeForce RTX 2060 12GB through its latest drivers, Nvidia quietly published the specifications of this new graphics card on its website without making any kind of announcement, confirming rumors that it will be a strange hybrid between the standard version and the Super version.

As expected, this RTX 2060 12GB will feature 2,176 Cuda Cores, the same amount as the Super version, the same 192-bit bus of the standard RTX 2060 instead of the 256-bit bus of the Super version, having a width of 336GB / s band that will limit its performance so as not to step on the Super model, and obviously 12GB of GDDR6 memory as its name indicates. It will work with a boost frequency of 1650MHz, base frequency of 1470MHz, and it will have a TGP of 185W compared to 160W of the original RTX 2060.

Regarding its price, Nvidia did not reveal its suggested price, so it is a mystery. The only information we have is that of a company spokesperson, who made the following statement in response to The Verge:

It is a premium version of the RTX 2060 6GB and we hope its price reflects that.

Thus, the only word from Nvidia is the obvious: It will be more expensive than the RTX 2060 6GB. As we do not have official information, we will have to wait until its launch on December 7, when this new Nvidia card hits the market.

What do you think about this GeForce RTX 2060 12GB? Do you think it makes sense to re-release a card from 3 and a half years ago?
