Sega creates the fastest PC in the world ... Literally, it reaches 100km / h

Sega collaborated with Intel and ASRock to create the “world’s fastest PC,” literally. This system not only has some of the best components available on the market today, but it is also mounted on a remote control car that reaches a top speed of 100 km / h.

This system includes a Intel Core i9-12900K processor, an ASRock Radeon RX 6900XT OC Formula board, 32GB of dual-channel RAM, and a 2TB M.2 SSD. All of this was assembled into a very simple yet compact chassis adorned with images of Sonic to represent its high speed, and includes classic Sega Atlus titles for PC.

[100km / h]”Sega is the fastest in the world! ?? PC ”gift campaign CM[Steam Holiday Sale Memorial]

Sega explained that this project is intended to celebrate Steam’s winter sales, which last until January 5 and include a multitude of discounted Sega titles. What’s more, the company is running a competition on social media and the winner (who must be a resident of Japan, sadly) will receive as a gift “the fastest PC in the world”.

Its design may not be the most elegant in the world, but it has the power and speed combined to claim the title of fastest. Let’s hope that the winner of this particular vehicle is a good driver or that they take out some type of insurance, since it is likely that the components will not withstand the impacts at 100KM / h.
