The price and availability of Nvidia and AMD Radeon GPUs is improving

The latest price and availability report for AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce GPUs has been shared by 3DCenter, showing that prices have reached a new low while availability continues to improve.

Prices have reached the same level or better than in early 2021, but with much better availability than last year. AMD’s Radeon graphics cards are currently priced at an average 35% above retail price, down from 45% last month, while NVIDIA’s GeForce graphics cards are priced at 41% above retail price. sale to the public, compared to 57% last month.

Not only prices improved, but supply

But not only prices have improvedas can be seen in the monthly chart shared by 3DCenter, GPU availability and of the respective graphics cards is now at its best since early 2021 and just keeps getting better.

In Europe and almost all North American markets, they have graphics cards in good numbers.

In Europe, in particular, almost all stores are stocked with graphics cards in good quantities, which means that the only problem as of now is the price and, as mentioned above, it seems to be improving as well. .

When it comes to GPUs Radeon de AMDthe range of the RX 6000 series is available at better prices than GeForce parts. It seems that the only cards that are priced much higher are the Radeon RX 6700 XT, RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT, while the RX 6900 XT is priced an average of 24% above the retail price.

The RX 6600 XT is also priced at 26% above the retail price, the RX 6600 is priced 20% above the retail price and the RX 6500 XT is the card that has uploaded the leastwith an average selling price of just one 8% above its retail price of $199.

Nvidia GPU prices haven’t changed much

As for NVIDIA, most GPUs in this range are still priced at more than 50% of retail pricea to the publicbut cards like the RTX 3080 Ti are currently at 16% above the retail price, which could make it a decent option over the RTX 3090 for gamers, as it also comes in an LHR package, which makes it hardly a good deal for miners. The GeForce RTX 3050the most recent release, is currently at 29% of the retail price.

We recently told you that GPU prices were dropping significantly and we expect prices to be even better in the coming months as the cryptocurrency market corrects itself. Obviously, all these changes in the European and North American markets will take a while to affect our region, but don’t worry, eventually the price drop will come.

From the looks of it, the entry-level parts are now available near their List priceswhich is good news for the bulk of the players, but we advise you to wait a little longer if you can, because prices are going to drop even more in the coming monthsespecially as we get closer to the release of next generation GPUs in mid-2022.

In Argentina we are having problems with customs and forms of payment abroad, as soon as all this is released, we will surely see more quantity and an improvement in prices.

And what do you think about this that GPU prices are going down? Good news, right?
