Another work has arrived on Kickstarter, which was probably everyone’s dream in our young years. We are talking about a remote-controlled “tank”, or more precisely, the XRC Brawler tracked vehicle, which the manufacturer considers to be “the most efficient 1: 5 RC tank on the market”.
What can the remote control XRC Brawler do?
Xtreme RC is responsible for the XRC Brawler, which at the time of this writing was ordered by only two people. The latter valued her masterpiece at £ 373 in a campaign, which is the result of a retail price cut of around 25%. So what does this remotely controlled vehicle for PLN 2050, without built-in cameras, but having a suitable mounting place and LED lighting for them?
The 20 kg XRC Brawler consists of a platform made of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, sealed on the underside, which is waterproof. It is combined with tracks powered by two Hobbywing engines, which are said to be able to accelerate it to 64 km / h in a few seconds, drawing energy from a 12-cell battery. Two 40mm fans are responsible for cooling, six springs and six shock absorbers for damping, and a metal bumper and aluminum plates for safety.

This remotely operated tracked land vehicle is also amphibious, able to enter the water and traverse bodies of water using its caterpillars. It also solves the problem of most steered vehicles of this type, i.e. falling tracks, thanks to a special system of tensioners and tracks.
