Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your Mac or PC. Open iTunes. Connect your old iPhone to a computer. If you see a pop-up message requesting access to your iPhone, follow the steps on the screen. Select your iPhone in the top toolbar.

Click Information in the left sidebar. To select Synchronize contacts and click Applica. Click Synchronize at the bottom and wait for the sync to finish. Unplug your old iPhone and connect the new one to a computer. Click on your new iPhone at the top and go to the About section. Make sure the option Synchronize Contacts is checked. Scroll down to the section Advanced. Check Contacts under Replace information about this iPhone. This will replace your current contacts with the contacts from your old iPhone that you previously synced.

Switch contacts from iPhone to iPhone via SIM card

IPhones don’t store contacts on SIM cards, but if you already have phone numbers there, you can transfer them to your iPhone. Make sure your old SIM card fits your new iPhone.
