To stop the services that the Intel Killer Networking Software application is running, follow these steps.

  1. Tap the Win + R keyboard shortcut to open the run box.
  2. In the run box, enter services.msc and tap the Enter key.
  3. In the Services application, look for the following services.

Killer Network Service
Killer Smart AP Selection Service

  1. Right-click on a service and select Stop from the context menu.
  2. Double click on the service and go to the General tab.
  3. Open the Startup type drop-down menu.
  4. Select Off from the menu.
  5. Repeat for all the services we have listed.
  6. Restart the system.
