According to the website Bloomberg, in the next six years, the aviation market could enrich the electric airliner, which will completely change the way we fly. Developed by Wright Electric, it is designed to fly with up to 100 people while being a breakthrough in terms of weight, size and performance across the industry. Reason? Wright startup is unique, or at least it is considered to be:

It is, among others the engines and their controllers along with a cavernous set of batteries will go to the BAe 146 aircraft manufactured by BAE Systems. They will replace the four jet engines with an all-electric alternative, and will be able to fly approximately 740 km. The company’s ultimate goal at the moment is to eliminate all emissions from flights less than 1,287 kilometers.

Wright also boasts that thanks to its technology, the new planes will have twice the power of the propulsion system, 75% less weight and 50% smaller size. The company’s electric motors will ultimately offer 2 MW of power and a ratio of 10 kW / kg specific power, being scalable from 500 kW to 4 MW for a variety of applications.
