MOSCOW, 24 Oct – PRIME. Residents of the new regions of Russia – the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions – are already given access to the public services portal, RIA Novosti was told in the office of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
“Residents of the reunited territories … are already being provided with access to the State Services portal,” the deputy prime minister’s office said.
They also noted that broadcasting of Russian TV and radio channels has already been provided in the new Russian regions, and in the near future competitive procedures will be organized to connect regional and municipal channels to free broadcasting. “Residents of the reunified territories will have access to domestic video services at a reduced cost,” Chernyshenko’s office added.
Last Wednesday, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, said that an infrastructure development plan for the provision of the entire set of services of “Gosuslug” in the new territories of the Russian Federation would be ready by mid-November.
