AMD broadcasts Capsaicin & Cream live tonight

In a couple of days, the first copies of the long-awaited architecture Zen with the Ryzen processor family will reach consumers, but this is only the first in a series of news in 2017. Later this spring, the graphics architecture Vega will also arrive, which, unlike Polaris, takes the fight against Nvidia in the upper performance segments.

On Tuesday night, AMD will hold the spicy Capsaicin & Cream event at this year’s edition of the Game Developer Conference (GDC). During the event, AMD will show the latest in virtual reality (VR) and deliver a preview of this summer’s game titles, but also Radeon graphics.

During last year’s Capsaicin event, the focus was on the Radeon Pro Duo and future architectures, including the Polaris currently used in the Radeon RX 460, RX 470 and RX 480. This time, the spotlight is on Vega, where none other than graphics manager Raja Koduri will reveal new details. about the architecture.
