In recent years, the Swedish developer Fatshark has seen the player base increase significantly in connection with the launches of the popular Vermintide titles. The games take place in the fantasy world of Warhammer, where evil sudden death and rodent slaughter are offered in connection with the end of the world.
The game already has optimized drivers from the two graphics card manufacturers AMD and Nvidia, but now the former takes the opportunity to further hone the performance. AMD’s first driver for the month of June offers up to 10 percent higher frame rate in Warhammer: Vermintide 2 as a parade number.
In addition, there are a number of bug fixes, which include measures for black screens in Subnautica, area-specific crashes in the pirate lyre Sea of Thieves and a number of minor improvements for systems with multiple graphics circuits. Among the known problems, AMD mentions choppy image updating in The Witcher 3 as well as image artifacts at the sails in Sea of Thieves.
The driver can be downloaded from AMD’s website, or in the company’s software.
