AMD to present new portable processors at CES 2022

Everything is ready for companies to present their entire arsenal, and as an anticipated novelty AMD will present at the CES 2022 the new portable processors.

The most important technological event is only 4 days away from the start and there are many companies that will delight us with a lot of news and above all surprises.

In this specific case, AMD has prepared (among others) the presentation of the next processors for laptops, which include the Ryzen 9 6980HX, Ryzen 9 6900HX, Ryzen 7 6800HX, and the new AMD Radeon RX 6850M graphics chip will be announced. XT for notebooks.

Regarding these new processors, we would like to specify that the AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX, Ryzen 9 6900HX and Ryzen 7 6800H models will be APUs with the new R 680M, they will be manufactured by TSMC in 6nm under ZEN3 + architecture and will have 8 cores and 16 threads.

Thanks to this new architecture, the processors will have higher performance and more efficiency. They also have a cache with 16 MB of L3 cache and 4 MB of L2 cache.

Remember that AMD will also give some information about their next ZEN4 processors, although they already warned that they would only talk about it, no tests or anything.
