An RTX 3090 Ti Galax appears with a PCIe Gen5 connector

After having announced to you that the queen of NVIDIA would arrive on March 29, today a RTX 3090 Ti Galaxy with connector PCIe Gen5.

Filtration comes through the user @wxnod, who through his Twitter account we have been able to see that an RTX 3090 Ti Galax with PCIe Gen5 connector appears. The wxnod user was the same one who leaked the motherboard model MEG Z690 DIVINE.

As we can see the photograph that we leave you below, it seems that the fins of the heatsink have undergone a small modification, in order to adapt to the new PCIe Gen5 connector. Well, let’s remember that the RTX 3090 Ti models will use a single 16-pin connector instead of two 8-pin connectors as we are used to.

In addition, these connectors will require the connection of 4 data pins, which we see in the image, and makes us think that it will be the standard from now on for high-end graphics card models.
