The Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Asrock is one of the world’s largest producers of motherboards. Recently, it was reported that the company plans to expand its product portfolio and enter the graphics card market, partly due to the great interest in mining cryptocurrencies.
Asrock now confirms that they will start graphics card production in the near future, and in a video published on the company’s social media, the graphics card series Phantom Gaming is presented. The video shows a graphics card in the colors gray and black, which is equipped with two fans and powered by an 8-pin PCI Express connector.
It is not yet known which models Asrock will manufacture, but previous data suggested that AMD’s graphics chips will be in focus. No date has yet been announced for the launch of graphics cards in the new series, but in connection with the video, the company says that the date is close in time.
