Clubhouse will appear on Android

The co-founder of the social network Clubhouse Paul Davidson announced that their application will appear on the Android platform in a few months. So far, Clubhouse is available to iOS users. The company is actively working on creating a similar application for Android, but the exact release date has not been disclosed.

The delay in the appearance of an application on Android is due to the fact that in order to enter a new market, a company must work out the final product in detail and make sure that the right algorithms are laid in its foundation. Clubhouse representatives note that every day more and more members of various language groups appear in the service, so there are additional difficulties in finding suitable content and like-minded people.

For this reason, developers need more time: they plan to finalize the activity stream, as well as add new tools, which will improve control over pop-up push notifications. We are also working on a personalized room recommendation feed for new members. The co-founder of the social network noted that in the coming months the company wants to abandon the system for issuing invitations to users.

At the same time, the Clubhouse developers are in no hurry to release updates and a new application, when, as in Telegram, they have already added the ability to launch voice chats in the authors’ own channels. Also in Telegram, you can now save conversations in audio file format and publish them as podcasts.
