“The energy policy of foreign regulators has led to a decrease in global gas demand. In eight months of this year, global gas demand has decreased by 40 billion cubic meters. But let’s see where it happened. 29 billion, or almost 30 billion cubic meters of gas, is a decrease, which was given by 27 countries of the European Union. This is a 73% decline in global demand. And together with the UK – 85%,” Miller said in the transcript of the meeting dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas Industry Workers.
