The Union of European Football Associations, UEFA, announced that more thana million places will be distributed through its new mobile ticketing system technology-based blockchain for'EURO 2020.

Fans who bought tickets for theUEFA EURO 2020 will receive their tickets on their mobiles via the UEFA EURO 2020 app available for download from May 2020 on Android and iOS. In total, UEFA plans to distribute more than a million mobile tickets to supporters for the 51 matches, "the association said.
This initiative follows a first test led byUEFA in a match between Atletico de Madrid and Real Madrid for the 2019 Super Cup.
