MOSCOW, 29 Sep — PRIME. Russia expects that the international investigation into the causes of the accident on several lines of the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines will be objective, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

“Russia has launched its national investigation, as our law enforcement and security agencies announced yesterday. I would very much like to believe that the international investigation into what happened on the gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea will be objective,” Zakharova said at a briefing.
