Gazprom to supply Austria with a third of the ordered volumes of gas on Monday

VIENNA, Sep 5 – PRIME. Gazprom is supplying the Austrian OMV with about a third of the gas volumes ordered for Monday, the company told RIA Novosti.

Peskov said that the West is to blame for the suspension of Nord Stream
“Gas volumes for today’s gas day correspond to approximately 30% of the volume nominated by OMV for Austria in accordance with the contract,” the report says.
The Russian company stopped Nord Stream indefinitely after a three-day maintenance due to a malfunction of the only working turbine. Siemens said it “took note” of the reported malfunctions, but believes that Gazprom’s conclusion is not a technical reason for shutting down the gas pipeline.
Since June, fuel pumping through this line has been reduced due to difficulties in returning gas turbines from repair due to anti-Russian sanctions. First, deliveries were reduced to 40% of the maximum capacity of the pipe, and then to 20%.
At the same time, at the end of July, Russian gas supplies to Austria amounted to 50-40% of the ordered volumes.
