Just over two months ago, the graphics card maker Nvidia launched its latest worsting card for gaming with the giant circuit GP102 under the hood – a model that performed in principle equivalent to the then flagship Titan X (Pascal). However, the company’s reference model left little to be desired, where, among other things, the cooling solution had difficulty keeping temperatures in check and the noise level down.
The rescue comes in the form of the partner manufacturers’ cards, where the test lab is today visited by models from Asus, MSI and Aorus. Common to all cards are factory overclocking, mammoth power supply and, to say the least, solid cooling solutions. Stay tuned when the cards get through SweClocker’s fresh test suite!
