On the Chiphell Chinese forum (via Videocardz) have appeared alleged photos of the heatsink of a GeForce RTX 4000 Founders Edition of high fascia. An image reads GeForce RTX 4090 Ti. Obviously it is not possible at the moment to be completely sure of the veracity of these shots, but taking them for genuine, you can see some differences with the Founders Edition of the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti.

The new solution presents a significantly larger and extended heatsink base, able to collect the heat produced by both the GPU and the memory, while as can be seen below the RTX 3090 Ti FE has a smaller heatsink base and limited to the GPU. The other difference that can be seen is a radiator with more fins and probably slightly larger.

The design of the Founders Edition, for the rest, does not seem to change much with the two axial fans placed at the ends of the board with the function on one side of collecting fresh air from below and on the other of pushing hot air upwards. . As a result, the design retains a “V” shaped PCB.
