Germany’s gas storage facilities exceed 92 percent occupancy
BERLIN, 4 Oct – PRIME. Gas storage facilities in Germany are 92.08% full, gas injection continues, the German Federal Network Agency said on Tuesday.
Media: Austria ahead of the plan to fill gas storage
“Gas injection continues. The overall filling level of gas storage facilities in Germany is 92.08%. The level in the gas storage facility in Rehden is 78.47%,” the regulator said in a report.
The agency noted that the situation is tense, and further deterioration of the situation cannot be ruled out, but at the moment gas supplies to Germany are stable.
The network agency reiterated the importance of economical gas consumption.
Germany has previously adopted legislative amendments that oblige gas storage operators to fill them by 95% by November.
