A few weeks ago we heard several rumors about a possible 12GB RTX 2060 as a reinforcement for the mid-range, and now the existence of this model has been confirmed after Gigabyte lists its variants before the EEC.
The models listed by Gigabyte were as follows:
- GV-N2060OC-12GD (Gaming OC 12GB)
- GV-N2060D6-12GD (Gaming 12GB)
- GV-N2060WF2OC-12GD (WindForce 2X OC 12GB)
- GV-N2060WF2-12GD (WindForce 2X 12GB)
Unfortunately the list does not include information on the other models that Nvidia was rumored to announce in December, such as the RTX 3070 Ti 16GB or the RTX 3080 12GB, so we do not have confirmation of their existence yet. However, it was estimated that these models would arrive a few weeks later than the RTX 2060 12GB, so it may be that they will be listed in a few weeks.
The RTX 2060 12GB is expected to be announced on December 7 and goes on sale the same day. There are still no details of its price, something that in any case does not serve much when at least two years ago we did not see graphs at its suggested price in the market.
