By rooting a mobile we gain a good amount of possibilities. We have full access to mobile and therefore, the ability to install custom ROMs, to modify what we want, install MODS, applications that require root, etc. In short, we can shape the mobile as we want, something that Android quite likes unlike other more closed operating systems that do not allow us to modify practically anything at all. That is why we will see how to root a Samsung Core 2 Prime with Odin software.

Now click on the button that says PDA in Odin and select the CF-Auto-Root file that we downloaded earlier.
We open odin and if everything went well we will see the ADDED message in odin.
Where it says “AP” we are going to select to put TWRP Recovery of the rooted firmware (the file that you downloaded previously) to proceed to load it in odin.
You shall leave auto-reboot checked and the rest of the options disabled directly, do not look at them.
Now we are going to finish this part clicking on Start. Everything should be fine and the COM that was previously blue should now appear green.
Now we are going to start in recovery mode. For that we turn off the mobile and once it is turned off we turn it on by holding volume up + home + on. We leave several seconds and it should start the Recovery mode, which you just installed basically.
Now we have to go to Install to find the SuperSU file that in principle we had switched to the microSD to install it. Once finished we restart the mobile.
