From Android: The first thing you should do is sign in to the Signal app, look in the Messaging section for the conversation you want to archive, when you get it, press it with your finger for a few seconds, in case you want to delete more than two conversations you can also do it, you just have to select them.
After you select the chat or chats you will be shown at the top of the screen a folder icon next to the delete icon, select it and you’re done,
Whenever you want you can see the chat again, you just have to go to the end of the list of conversations, there you will find the Archived Chats section, in it you will find said chat. To read them you just have to click on it.
From iOS: open the Signal application, then look for the message you want to delete in the messaging section, when you get it, select it (you can select more than one chat to archive) after you do this, the icon will be shown in the sidebar a box with an arrow in the middlepress on it and that’s it, the conversation will disappear from the list of conversations.
As in Android, you can review these messages after being archived, you just have to go to the bottom of the contact list, then select the Archived Chats session, there you will find all the chats, To read them you just have to click on them.
From the PC you can also archive conversations As long as you have downloaded and installed the application, being clear about this, the procedure for archiving conversations is as follows:
In Messenger you can recover archived messages just like in the Signal messaging application, the procedure for this recovery is the one that will be shown below:
From PC: open the Signal app, Look for the end of the list of conversations in the messaging section, there you will find the Archived Chats session, click on it, search among the archived messages for the message you want to unarchive and right click on it, then select the Unarchive option and that’s it. message will reposition in the list of main messages.
From a mobile: open the Signal app on your device, in the Messenger section of the application scroll to the bottom of the list of conversations, there you will find the Archived Chats section, press on it. In the section that you will enter you will find all the chats that you have archived, press for a few seconds the chat that you want to unarchive.
