ROME, Sep 28 – PRIME. Italy has reached its target of filling 90% of its gas storage facilities ahead of schedule, the Ministry of Ecological Transition said on Wednesday.
The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan estimated the timing of the full restoration of CPC operation
“This result allows us to set ourselves an even more ambitious goal, which we will work towards in the coming weeks, to reach 92-93% of storage occupancy, in order to guarantee greater flexibility in the event of peaks in winter consumption,” said in this regard. Minister for Ecological Transition Roberto Cingolani.
The achievement of this result was made possible thanks to the intensive work carried out by the government in recent months, as well as the efforts of the energy infrastructure company Snam and the support of the state-owned energy efficiency company Gse and the country’s energy regulator Arera, he said.
