MOSCOW, September 13 – PRIME. Amid the crisis, the German government plans to provide assistance to energy suppliers by providing loan permits in the amount of about 67 billion euros, writes the Handelsblatt newspaper.
“The state bank KfW will provide more assistance to energy suppliers. For this, credit permits for 67 billion euros from the coronavirus relief fund will be redistributed,” the publication reports, citing government sources.
It is specified that the authorities are developing anti-crisis assistance for companies against the backdrop of an aggravation of the energy crisis.
According to media reports, the government intends to expand the capacity of the state-owned German bank KfW to strengthen the bank’s refinancing and provide stabilization assistance to energy suppliers.
