MSI unveils Geforce GTX 1050 Ti in low profile

That it does not require large coolers and circuit boards to keep Nvidia’s latest Geforce GTX 1050 Ti in check is nothing new. With the Pascal architecture of 16 nanometers and the low-specified TDP value of 75 watts, MSI is taking the step to low profile with the latest addition to the entry-level segment.

This is a model that takes up two expansion slots and has a length of 182 millimeters, which is accompanied by pre-assembled I / O sheet metal in standard format while the variant for low profile is sent in the package. The radiator consists of a cooling flange in aluminum which is cooled by two 50 mm fans and which usually manages the graphics card without extra power supply.

For the specifications, the graphics card follows Nvidia’s reference frequencies. It is thus about the graphics circuit GP107 in 1,290 MHz at base and 1 392 MHz at boost, which is accompanied by 4 GB GDDR5 in 7,000 MHz over a 128-bit memory bus for the bandwidth 112 GB / s.
