MTS will start selling smart TVs on Android OS in October

“MTS will present pilot smart TVs under the Kion Smart TV brand in the retail network and the MTS online store, running on the Android 11 operating system with the proprietary Kion shell. Also on the device, you can set up a children’s profile “for the safe navigation of young users on the network.” You can use the service on up to five devices, including mobile phones and tablets, under one account, the report says.

“Kion Smart TVs will go on sale in October and will be available for purchase in installment and subscription models. Pre-orders of devices are open in the MTS online store until September 26,” MTS noted.
