MOSCOW, 14 Oct – PRIME. Natural gas production in Russia in 2022 may decrease by about 10% compared to last year, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week.
Russia does not want high gas prices, Novak said
“Less than last year… I won’t say the exact figure, but if exports are, as they are today, up to 10%, probably the total volume may be reduced,” Novak said, answering a question about the forecast for gas production in Russia in 2022.
